In addition to individual, family, and group work with Gender Variant (GV) individuals, Rebecca works to increase awareness and competency for service providers and educators.

Rebecca has several different curricula, for varying audiences, lengths, and interests. All of Rebecca’s curricula are evidence based, interactive, and are in compliance with the World Professional Alliance for Transgender Health's Standards of Care v7, and the NASW Code of Ethics.
To develop her workshops Rebecca keeps abreast of scholarly evidence and stays connected to community resources, including: Lambda Legal’s Trans Educator, Trans Lafayette, Indiana Youth Group (IYG), Trans Youth and Family Alliance (TYFA), PFLAG, and other trans serving peers. Rebecca is a member of: NASW Sexual Orientation Gender Identity (SOGI) Committee, American Psychological Association Special Interest Group on Gender Identity, The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and, the Indianapolis Rainbow Chamber of Commerce.
She has facilitated trainings for:

- · Indiana Counseling Association (ICA)
- · School counselors, teachers and faculty in elementary, middle, and high schools around the greater Indianapolis area.
Rebecca also provides Consultation with community groups such as the Indiana Youth Group, TransIndy, Riley Gender Clinic, and other individual/group consultations for fellow providers.
